This is a diptych painting made in Belgian linen, tucked in antique frames. The frames are from an antique shop in Brentwood Bay called Everything Old Canada Antiques.
Asters and Bees is a 2 series painting of a field of asters and a bee looking for nectar. It’s based of my favourite flowers- the purple aster!
Note the painting will have glass on the frame.
All my vintage and antique frames has slight imperfections that make it unique and soulful.
