At Oils by Akshaya, every painting is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail. Because our artwork—especially custom pet portraits—is made-to-order and uniquely tailored for each customer, all sales are final.


Custom Artwork

Due to the personalized nature of our work, I do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is placed and work has begun. This includes:

      • Custom pet portraits

      • Commissioned paintings

      • Any artwork created to your specifications

    Please ensure that all reference photos and order details are accurate before placing your order.


    Quality & Satisfaction

    I am committed to delivering high-quality artwork that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to damage during shipping or a mistake on our end, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at oilsbyakshaya@gmail.com with

      • A description of the issue

      • Clear photos of the damage or error

    I will review the case and offer a solution such as a touch-up, partial refund, or replacement.


    Damaged Deliveries

    If your painting arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify me immediately with photos of the damaged packaging and artwork. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


    Non-Returnable Items

    Because each piece is one of a kind and made for you, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

      • Custom paintings

      • Commissioned artwork

      • Gift cards


    Shipping Costs

    Buyers are responsible for shipping costs.
